To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilix2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
jilix2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilix2 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilix2 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the Platform at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilix2's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your jilix2 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable wagering requirements and pending verification) will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts with active bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements may have those bonus funds forfeited upon voluntary closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and jilix2, you agree to first contact jilix2 customer support to seek an informal resolution. jilix2 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly through its internal complaints process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above process.
jilix2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilix2 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jilix2 Platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
